OF INNKEEPING & CO
SCHOOL OF INNKEEPING
& BOUTIQUE HOSPITALITY

THE SCHOOL
Founded informally in 2021, The School of Innkeeping was formally established in 2026.
The School was created to pass on the craft of innkeeping through real hotels, not simulated classrooms.
Our courses are designed for those who wish to build careers in boutique hotels, heritage homes and independent stays, learning alongside experienced innkeepers in working hotels.
Whether one day leading a mountain lodge, opening a café, joining a global hospitality brand or simply becoming an exceptional innkeeper, we hope every student leaves with confidence and care.
The School of Innkeeping welcomes those with curiosity and resilience.
We believe innkeeping is more than a profession. It is a way of making people feel at home.

THE FOUNDATION
SAVOIR-FAIRE EXCENTRICITÉ
SINCÉRITÉ
The School of Innkeeping was founded on the belief that hospitality is best learned in places with character. Real hotels and Real guests.
An innkeeper's office is rarely a desk. It is the kitchen, the garden, the reception, the dining room and the fireside. The work happens where people gather, and so does the learning.
We welcome people from every background.
Age, gender, community, previous education or experience should never stand in the way of someone who wishes to build a life in hospitality.
Our classrooms are working hotels. We believe every great innkeeper should understand every corner of a boutique hotel, the fun, the challenges,
not only how it operates, but how it feels.
Our hope is not simply to prepare people for a career in hospitality. It is to nurture innkeepers who lead with confidence and care across the world.

ROOTED IN INDIA, READY FOR THE WORLD
Every student who walks through our doors is prepared not simply for a job, but for a life in hospitality.
They may come from farms in Rajasthan, tea estates in Darjeeling, the hills of Mizoram, or towns and cities across India. What they share is a commitment to learn, and our commitment to help them become exceptional hospitality professionals wherever their journey leads.
Our relationship with our graduates does not end at graduation, it begins there. Whether joining a boutique hotel, a global hospitality brand, cruise lines or another path within the industry, every graduate remains part of the School of Innkeeping community. Wherever possible, we continue to offer guidance and support throughout their hospitality journey.
We hope every student leaves with confidence, humility and the knowledge that they will always have a place to return to.
